As we only like happy costumers, we decided to offer a 30 days money back guarantee! Within the first 30 days after you've received your watch, you can return your watch and you'll be refunded your money! *

"How long is my warranty?"
Since you've received your watch, you have two years warranty on all of our products! Please be aware, that damage caused under unusal circumstances (water, damp or abrasion) will not be covered by the warranty. "Do I pay for anything else, when I receive my watch?"
Customers from Austria, Germany & Switzerland do not pay anthing additional. For customers from other countries, their national VAT will be charged by their country.*

"Does my order have a tracking code?"
Yes, all our sendings have a tracking code. As soon as the order has left our stock, you'll receive a notifiaction by us with the code to track your order. With this code you can check where your watch is currently at.

"I ordered a watch but did not receive any confirmation. What can I do?"
Your order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address directly when your order is placed. You can also see your order if you log in to your user account. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact us at email@example.com
"Why do I have to insert my phone number during checkout?"
A phone number is necessary for deliveries abroad and make the process much easier (for example if your postal service needs any further informations to delivery your order to you as fast as possible). Your data will not be used for any other reasons.
